- Mention that mrmc-tool is hosted by rwth aachen / moves group

- add a disclaimer in the spirit of  http://www.rwth-aachen.de/go/id/lwb
(perhaps just link to it, that should be sufficient)

Heh :) Is that right that you suggest to Add MOVES name to "Visiting address" on the [Wiki:Contact Contact] page?

With respect to the disclaimer? Where does it have to be? Can the link to it be in the footer of every page or smth like that? Or shall it be different?
