Updating the server links

Description

For making the downloads structure more uniform I have created:
./downloads/Posters

Moved poster files into it.

./downloads/MRMC/Specs

Moved MRMC specs there.

./downloads/MRMC/TestSuite

Will store the test suite distributions

./downloads/MRMC/Distrib

Will store the MRMC distributions, will be protected by .htaccess

The downloads_free directory was removed.

With respect to this changes we need to:

1. Fix the Wiki pages (Specs and may be some others?), so that links to the MRMC posters and specifications are correct.

2. Move the file 4DEVELOPERS from the WiKi? attachments and place it into ./downloads/MRMC/Specs. Fix links to this file on WiKi? pages.

1. I already foxed the links on the Specifications page.

May be there is something left in the News or somewhere else, please check it.

2. The 4DEVELOPERS has been moved to Specs. The link of the Contribute page has been fixed.

May be there are some other likes left, please check it.

Repaired some links in the news section, also checked links on the Spec. page. Hope I didn't overlook anything.
